EU Responsible Person Service
For consumer products
We act as the EU Responsible Person for non-EU companies selling consumer products in Europe under the GPSR, with documentation custody, labelling details and authority support. Authorized Representative services are available where applicable.
Year 1: 99 EUR per product for catalogs of 1–5 products, with discounts applied to larger catalogs. Renewal: from 49 EUR per product/year.

If you sell consumer products in Europe from outside the EU, you need a compliant EU-based economic operator. This service helps you cover that requirement under the GPSR when no other suitable operator is already in place.
Why our model is different: Year 1 and renewal don't cost the same
The standard model
Most EU responsible person services charge a flat annual fee that repeats year after year, even when the main work is already done. We don't.
Our approach
Year 1 concentrates the real work: technical analysis, documentation structuring, and building the base file per product. From Year 2 onward, the system is already built: the work becomes maintenance, custody, and support with authorities. Different work, different cost.
Result
That's why renewal costs significantly less. More fair and transparent.
EU Responsible Person service cost
Pricing is calculated per product according to catalog size. Larger catalogs receive a volume discount. Year 1 covers activation and creation of the base file.

What Year 1 includes: Full activation
Designation as EU Responsible Person
- Formal designation as the responsible person in the EU (GPSR)
- We provide our details for labeling, packaging and product listing
- Support with market surveillance authorities
- Custody of the documentation for 10 years from placing the product on the market
Base file per product
For each product included in the plan:
- Product sheet
- Risk assessment
- Declaration of Conformity, where applicable: prepared and ready for signature
Important clarification: this does not include laboratory testing or creating missing certificates. If we identify missing evidence during review, it is recorded as pending and we recommend how to resolve it.
Labeling, instructions, and RAP/EPR guidance
- Labeling guidance according to applicable requirements (GPSR and/or CE marking)
- Instructions guidance: safety warnings, intended use, limitations, and consistency with the risk assessment
- Country checklist of typical packaging obligations (RAP/EPR)
Not included: registrations under EPR systems, periodic declarations, payments to producer responsibility organizations, tax advice, or accounting.
What Renewal Year 2+ includes
Renewal keeps everything active at the lowest cost. No paperwork. No starting over.
- Continuity of the responsible person / authorized representative role in the EU + UK support
- Custody and availability of all documentation generated
- Support with market surveillance authorities: receiving the request, handling it, sending available documentation, written response, and coordination with the client
Need to add products mid-year?
Additional products are charged at the Year 1 per-product rate corresponding to the updated catalog size.
What we count as one product
We apply technical criteria, not commercial criteria.
It is the same product if color, size, aesthetic shape, or packaging changes, as long as intended use, function, main materials, and risk profile remain the same.
It is a different product if the main material changes, critical BOM changes, function or intended use changes, target population changes, electronics or radiofrequency changes, or anything changes that alters risks or applicable requirements.
