EU Responsible Person Service
For consumer products under the GPSR
We act as the EU Responsible Person under Regulation (EU) 2023/988 (GPSR) for non-EU companies selling consumer products in Europe, with documentation custody, labelling details and authority support.
First year: EUR 99 per product for catalogues of 1–5 products. Renewal: EUR 59 per product/year, with volume discounts for larger catalogues.

If you sell consumer products in Europe from outside the EU, you need an economic operator established in the Union that meets the applicable requirements. Our service allows you to meet this requirement under the GPSR.
Why our model is different: Year 1 and renewal don't cost the same
The standard model
Most EU responsible person services charge a flat annual fee that repeats year after year, even when the main work is already done. We don't.
Our approach
Year 1 concentrates the real work: technical analysis, documentation structuring, and creating the GPSR technical documentation per product. From Year 2 onward, the system is already built: the work becomes maintenance, custody, and support with authorities. Different work, different cost.
Result
That's why renewal costs significantly less. More fair and transparent.
EU Responsible Person service cost
Pricing is calculated per product according to catalog size. Larger catalogs receive a volume discount. Year 1 covers activation and creation of the GPSR technical documentation.
These prices apply to simple consumer products covered by the GPSR.

Prices exclude VAT and apply to products covered by the GPSR that are not subject to sector-specific EU harmonisation legislation. Laboratory testing and third-party costs are not included.
If you already have a complete technical file and do not need us to create the documentation from scratch, a reduced activation rate may apply, subject to documentation validation.
Do you need an EU GPSR Responsible Person + Authorised Representative?
If your product requires a Responsible Person under Regulation (EU) 2023/988 (GPSR) and, in addition, an Authorised Representative under Regulation (EU) 2019/1020 and the sector-specific EU legislation applicable to your product, we can also help.
This may apply, for example, to certain toys, electrical or electronic products, machinery, or radio/Bluetooth products subject to specific CE marking legislation.

Designation as EU Responsible Person
- Formal designation as the responsible person in the EU (GPSR)
- We provide our details for labeling, packaging and product listing
- Support with market surveillance authorities
- Storage and availability of documentation for the duration of the service.
GPSR technical documentation per product
For each product included in the plan:
- Product sheet
- Risk assessment
- GPSR Compliance Statement, prepared for signature
Important clarification: this does not include laboratory testing or creating missing certificates. If we identify missing evidence during review, it is recorded as pending and we recommend how to resolve it.
Labelling and instructions guidance
- Labelling guidance according to applicable GPSR requirements
- Instructions guidance: safety warnings, intended use, limitations, and consistency with the risk assessment
What Renewal Year 2+ includes
Renewal keeps everything active at the lowest cost. No paperwork. No starting over.
- Continuity of the EU Responsible Person role under the GPSR
- Custody and availability of all documentation generated
- Support with market surveillance authorities: receiving the request, handling it, sending available documentation, written response, and coordination with the client
Need to add products mid-year?
Each new product added during an annual period already under way is billed at a flat fee of 99 EUR per product. That 99 EUR covers the product-specific initial work: onboarding, initial documentation review, preparation of the documentation included in the service, risk assessment, and labelling and packaging review within the contracted scope. At the next annual renewal, that product joins the total of active products and the renewal fee for the total active volume applies.
What we count as one product
It is the same product if only the size, dimensions, aesthetic form or packaging changes, provided that the intended use, function, main materials and risk profile remain unchanged.
It is a different product if the main material changes, critical BOM changes, function or intended use changes, target population changes, electronics or radiofrequency changes, or anything changes that alters risks or applicable requirements.
