We know this problem because we've lived it from the inside. Before founding ConformityPoint, we spent more than 10 years working in quality and compliance roles in the ecommerce and import sector: brands selling in Europe, importers managing catalogs with dozens of SKUs, and companies trying to grow in Europe—hitting the same wall again and again.
From those roles, we saw the same issues repeat: documentation that looked sufficient but wasn't, factory certificates coming from China that failed at the critical moment, and orders blocked due to requirements that no one had explained clearly.
We watched directives evolve, regulations tighten, and the GPSR change the rules. We saw Amazon raise its requirements year after year. And we saw how what used to be acceptable stopped being acceptable.
That's how ConformityPoint was born, with a clear standard: clarity and honesty. If your documentation is already valid, we'll tell you. If you can reuse your supplier's certificates, we'll use them. If something needs to be fixed, we'll explain it without unnecessary jargon.
